Why has my subscription been cancelled?

You may receive an email stating that your subscription has been cancelled or that your subscription payment could not be processed. HostSect does not process automatic payment but PayPal does allow users to setup a subscription which will automatically send money to another PayPal user. HostSect has no control over this process so if you receive an email stating that your subscription to an HostSect service has been cancelled, check the email carefully to determine from where it came. If the "From" adddress is indeed an HostSect address, please contact our Billing Department to get the matter straightened out. In all likelyhood, the email will not have come from HostSect, but rather PayPal, and there is nothing we can do with it or about it.
